A mother who is a pregnant,she must eat a right food for the right weight of the baby.A mother should eat vegetables and fruit, and have a regular exercise.She need to consult a doctor to know the condition of the baby.
When the baby was born,breast feeding must conduct because the milk came from the mother gives a healthy body to her baby.
